This service is for clients who want a technician to log in and fix their problem(s). Typically the technician works their magic and then calls when done.
Tutorial service rates are $49 per half hour (charged in half hour increments)
This service is for clients who need some one on one training. Typically the technician is speaking with you on the phone while instructing on screen.
Session times are tracked and recorded automatically. Your technician will accept your credit card payment via telephone once your session has concluded.
